The Credit Operations Department is based in our Contact Centre in Sheffield and incorporates the Credit Authorisation and Fraud areas.
The team communicates with our customers via phone, email and letter regarding orders and new applications. Working processes are followed on orders and applications that have matched to manual referral rules set in the Credit Risk and Fraud strategies, therefore helping FGH protect against Fraud losses and improve customer experience.
The team also responds to Customer Service queries received through social media for our brands and products.
