LIFE AT FGH
With a proud heritage spanning 120 years, people are at the very heart of everything we do at FGH. We regularly bring our teams together through business updates held at least three times a year, fashion shows, and a variety of social events including Christmas parties, floor open days, quizzes, coffee mornings, and more.
To support and understand our colleagues better, we’ve established the Culture Club – an engagement group representing every part of the business. Their mission is to boost employee morale and organise meaningful events and communications.

VOLUNTEERING & GIVING BACK
At FGH, giving back is part of who we are. As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility and teamwork, we’ve recently launched a volunteering scheme that gives colleagues a paid full day off to support causes close to their hearts and make a positive impact in the community.
